Who can review

Only a homeowner who submitted a request, chose a contractor, and marked the job as completed can review that contractor — once per job.

What we publish

We publish genuine reviews as written. Fair Price Pros does not write, purchase, edit, or selectively suppress reviews based on whether they are positive or negative.

Not allowed

  • Personal information, threats, harassment, or hate speech
  • Content unrelated to the job
  • Reviews written by or for the contractor, or in exchange for incentives

Moderation

Anyone may report a review. Reported reviews may be temporarily hidden while we investigate. We record the reason for any removal and may restore content that doesn't violate this policy.
